Killer Queens Cosmetics is NOT responsible for lost or stolen or damaged packages once packages are in USPS possession. By placing an order with Killer Queens Cosmetics, you agree to these terms.

**IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:

DUE TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS SHIPPING TIMES ARE BEING DELAYED (items will still be shipped But shipping times are not guaranteed unless you pay for same day expedited) Our Processing Times Are Now Estimated Between 7-25 days not including weekends or holidays  

Due to covid being more prominent in some areas and Post Offices being understaffed there are potential delays with processing and scanning in packages once they have been dropped off.

Once items are in USPS possession we are unable to retrieve orders. For any shipping concerns once your order has been handed over please contact USPS.

Due To Covid-19 NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME

 WE DO NOT PROCESS OR SHIP ORDERS ON WEEKENDS

Since we are small company that hand crafts some items and hand packages all of our products it can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks to ship out orders, depending on where you would be at on our order list will determine when your order will go out. We do offer a $15.00 rush it fee that will bring your order to the front of the line allowing it to go out the following business day! Once product is shipped you will receive an email conformation from USPS that will include your tracking number. We ship USPS priority mail so once product is shipped it will take 2-3 business days to receive (US ORDERS ONLY) )

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier.  

After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 3 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Tracking Information

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.

Express Shipping

We use USPS Priority Express Shipping. If your order is placed before 12 pm Eastern Time, and customer selects Express Shipping at check out, order will be shipped out the same day and received by the customer in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm Eastern Time will ship out next business day and received the day after that. Some areas do not offer next day shipping, if this is the case, customer will be notified.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Killer Queens Cosmetics is NOT responsible for lost or stolen or damaged packages once packages are in USPS possession. By placing an order with Killer Queens Cosmetics, you agree to these terms.

Please be sure that your shipping address is correct when checking out. If your package is returned or improperly delivered due to an incorrect address at checkout, you will be charged a reshipping fee.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Once items are in USPS possession we are unable to retrieve orders. If a new shipment is needed to be resent, you will be charged a reshipping fee and MAY be given an option to receive MERCHANDISE ONLY store credit for eligible order only.

We will NOT cover the shipping fee as this is a reshipment.

International Shipping

We offer USPS International Shipping. International orders take 1-3 days to ship out plus 6-21 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated). Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.

Please note: Killer Queens Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about our package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee.

Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Killer Queens Cosmetics and cannot be refunded.

Attention Shoppers: It is very important to make sure the correct shipping address is left at checkout. Orders are shipped to the address as is, addresses are not altered or modified. If the package is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address, a 5.00 reship fee will be applied to send the order a second time. If the package is mis-delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect address left at checkout it is non-refundable.

Order Cancelations: Order cancellations can be made within 12 hours of purchasing, if not made within said amount of time ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and you will no longer be able to cancel the order.

Refunds & Returns: 

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be defected or not the correct items, and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must contact KILLER QUEENS COSMETICS within  24HRS of receiving your item.

If not brought to our attention within the said amount of time claim will NOT be accepted.

Please send your product back to the address on your receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected,we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

• You will be Responsible for Paying your own Shipping costs for returning your item.

 Shipping Costs are NOT refundable!

 • IN THE EVENT YOUR ITEM IS APPROVED TO BE REPLACED OR REFUNDED YOU ARE REQUIRED TO EMAIL US SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS OF THE SAID DEFECTIVE ITEM PROVING WHY IT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED/REFUNDED, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR ANY RETURN SHIPPING ON THE ITEM YOU ARE MAILING BACK AND RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE SHIPPING ON THE NEW PRODUCT BEING SENT OUT. 

• Items that were ordered and tagged "Refused" or "Return To Sender" by the shipping agent are not refundable.
